Refund policy

We have a 30 day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can inform us at hello@pureveeorganics.com. Then send all items you are wanting to return to P.O Box 446 DeForest WI 53532. You will be responsible for sending the items back to us, at your cost for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping 
We do not process refunds for any charges incurred due to shipping. All shipping charges are final. You are responsible for any charges incurred when returning a product or products to Purevee Organics.
