NOTE: We can NOT make any updates to an order once it has been processed.

If you are not happy with your order, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will discuss the next best steps to issue your refund.

NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable

Subscribing is the best way to shop Purevee Organics- Subscription orders always come at a discounted price and are eligible for free ground shipping on orders over $99!

Starting a subscrption is super simple-Choose the products you need, how often you want them and that's it!

Your subscription will auto-deliver on your schedule and you can update, pause or cancel at any time by emailing us at hello@pureveeorganics.com

Discount codes are not applicable to subscription orders since these are already at a discounted price.

Shipping FAQ's

We ship our products throughout the United States

We do our best to fulfill orders the same day they are placed. Shipping times can take between 4-10 business days, depending on where you live and what shipping option you select at checkout.

After your order ships out, delivery time can varry based on:
-Discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information
-Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues
-Purevee Organics can not guarantee a delivery date.
Purevee Organics is NOT responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (I.E. Missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please email hello@pureveeorganics.com and let us know your correct address ASAP.

You will receive an email or text confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped. If you can't find this email please reach out to our team at hello@pureveeorganics.com

This is the most common delivery issue! Please double-check your front door, mail box, with neighboors, or with your postal carrier FIRST and then next reach out to us via email at hello@pureveeorganics.com

Please Note: If you are having an issue with the delivery of your order please let us know within 7 days of your expected delivery date in order for us to help with a solution. Also, orders over $80 that are determined to be miss-delivered, lost, or have other delivery issues can not be refunded unless a full investigation is completed by the delivery carrier, but we'll work with you on a replacement!

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 otherwise, our standard shipping is $5.99.
